Competition details:


Who: NH high school students interested in world affairs

What: A trivia-style team competition testing knowledge on global issues

When: Sunday, March 13, 2023 from 10am - 2pm

Where: Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH

Why: Learn, feel challenged, have fun!

1st place:

St. Thomas Aquinas HS at the 2018 National Academic WorldQuest opening reception, at the US Institute of Peace.

Other prizes:


  • Winning team's teacher receives a free curriculum unit from the Choices Program at Brown University. This program helps students understand the connections between history and current events, with a focus on becoming good global citizens.
  • Teacher of 1st place team wins $1,000 Award
  • Teacher of 2nd place team wins $500 Award
  • Teacher of 3rd place team wins $250 Award
  • Each Teacher that brings a team to the competition will receive a $250 stipend.

  • Register a team of four students (including yourself) for the 2023 NH Academic WorldQuest on WACNH’s Registration page
  • Recruit one of your teachers to be a coach for your team.
